How to Report a Maintenance Issue

Emergency maintenance issues may be called in to the office during business hours (8-5 PM, Monday through Friday). If after hours, call 434-971-1600 and follow prompts for emergency maintenance requests.

 

Emergency Situations:

1. Security or Health Hazard
2. No Heat
3. No Hot Water
4. Water Flooding
5. Sewer Backup
6. Stopped up toilet (if there is only one bathroom in unit)
7. Electrical outlet smoking/sparking
8. Lockout (lockout services are done on an emergency call priority basis. Payment is due at the time of service. You may contact a locksmith directly)
 

Non-Emergency Situations:

1. Lost Key
2. Stopped up toilet
3. Stopped up sink
4. Leaking faucet
5. A/C not functioning
6. General Repairs

 

Extreme Scenarios

Please, always call 911 first for all major emergencies including: burglary or vandalism, fire, criminal activity in the premises. After reporting the emergency to 911, call our maintenance line to notify our maintenance staff.
