SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

If you are interested in viewing a unit, please utilize the “Schedule an Appointment” on our website under Find Your Home. When considering appointment times, please keep in mind that we must notify our current residents 24 hours in advance of each tour: Property tours are scheduled Monday-Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm and Saturdays 11am-3pm

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION

Everyone over the age of 18 is required to complete their own application. Applications may be completed online: Rental Application or you may drop the application off in our office. Once your application has been submitted, our Leasing Department will contact you with the results. In order to ensure a quick turnaround time on your application results please be certain that the application and all required documentation is submitted. Partial applications or applications missing documentation will not be processed until complete.

LEASE SIGNING

Everyone applying to live in the property must sign the lease. This can be done in online or in the Real Property Management Inc. office. Appointments for lease signing may be scheduled by contacting the Leasing Office directly: (434) 326 - 0386

PAYMENTS

Application Fees: An application fee of $50.00 is due when you submit your application. Security Deposits:Security deposits will be due at the time of lease signing. Real Property Management Inc. accepts personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, and credit cards (online only). Please make checks payable to “Real Property Management Inc.” There will be a third-party processing fee charged for all online payments.
