maintenance technicians are available to address any questions
or concerns that our owners have. At least monthly, our
property managers visit all properties to evaluate any
foreseeable exterior issues and bring them to the owner’s
attention. Maintenance calls from residents are handled very
timely by our “in-house” technicians – yet another assurance
that your investment and profit margin will be protected.
Overall, investors are most appreciative of our accounting
services – we collect rents, make tax and mortgage payments on
the owner’s behalf (if desired), and mail a detailed profit and
loss statement, along with an owner disbursement check (if
applicable), on a monthly basis. We provide comprehensive
service to residential property owners while remaining affable
and responsive.
